Orders typically below 40 Lbs in weight will ship within 1 business day.
Free shipping applies to lower 48 United States only.
We require a valid shipping delivery address to be qualified for returns and user benefits.
Courier tracking information will be used and uploaded to keep you updated on order status. Tracking information is also used for order delivery verification.

Scooter Looters offers returns on the majority of our items for sale. If an item is eligible for return or not will be clearly marked on the item listing and order checkout forms prior to purchasing the product.
If you receive the wrong item or your item is damaged upon delivery, please request a return.

Scooter Looters strives to describe our used and new parts as accuratley as possible. It is the buyers responsibility to thoroughly inspect all pictures and read the entire description of a listed product before buying.
Scooter Looters and associates will not be held responsible for any bodily harm or property damage post installation of used OR new parts and accessories purchased from Scooter Looters. It is always the buyers responsibility to properly install and use products, or to seek proper expertise to install products.
Requested returns for reasons excluding 'wrong item' or 'damage upon arrival' are subject to a 20% restocking fee and Scooter Looters will not refund return shipping costs for these transactions
